Ascension Lutheran Church Women (ALCW) is a very active ministry at Ascension.  Your 2012 Board: Pres.  Barbara G.; V. Pres. Dee W.;  Treas. Jeanette E.; Sec.  Jean A.; Mission Coordinator: Shiena P;    Circles:  Terry  H. and Peggy S.

Bible Study/Fellowship:
We gather in groups, called Circles, that meet together monthly for fellowship and study. We currently have two circles you are welcome to join: Martha Circle meets on the second Thursday of the month at 12:30 pm; Sarah Circle meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:30 am (Blaar Hall, room #1). Tabitha Circle is currently on a hiatus.

Service Opportunities:
We work together in a variety of ministries to serve our community. Our Needlers make over 150 quilts per year that are sent into Habitat for Humanity homes, Medford Gospel Mission, and other places of need throughout the Valley.  All are welcome, including men, to participate in these activities.
 

Church Bazaar:
We host an annual Church Bazaar which serves as our primary fund raiser for the year.  Our proceeds benefit a multitude of charities and organizations throughout the Rogue Valley.  The Bazaar is held the first weekend of November every year.
